Valencia, 20 November 2019. – Sixty-five days before Babykid Spain + FIMI opens its doors at Feria Valencia, more than 300 brands specialising in the children’s world have already joined the commercial exhibition. The event has the support of all the sectors involved and is consolidated as a unique commercial offer of a professional nature and international scope in children’s fashion, childcare and related products.
The objective of Babykid Spain + FIMI is to add offer up, in order to provide a commercial showcase that meets the expectations of all professionals. To the sectors of children’s and young people’s fashion, footwear, accessories, baby trolleys, furniture and decoration, conventional and technical childcare articles, start-up and development, and layette and textile products, we should add the toy sector with the new ‘Next Stop Toys’ Pavilion, an exhibition area specialising in toys for children 0 to 3 years old; and the Pretty Planet Pavilion showing a wide range of cosmetics for babies and pregnant mommies.
In terms of demand, Babykid Spain +FIMI, has entirely been designed so that, both national and international buyers are the real protagonists. To this end, different spaces have been created where, in addition to generating business, the clients may find inspiration about the trends in children’s fashion and technical innovations, hand in hand with the childcare sector.
The event has already raised interest among purchasers and has exceeded all expectations. More than 1,000 invitations have been downloaded from the website and the point-of-sale invitation campaign is already underway. The confirmations rate, to date, is a 40%, meaning an increase of 5%.
As far as international interest is concerned, buyers from more than 10 countries have already confirmed their visit, with Norway appearing for the first time on the list. A keen interest has developed among buyers coming from Chile, the United States, Honduras, Israel, Mexico, Panama, South Africa and Uruguay, in addition to the traditional markets of the Euro zone, including buyers from Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
Babykid Spain + FIMI continues to build collections and novelties. From 24 to 26 January, the event will become the epicentre of all professionals in the world of childhood.
